Angelo Meaderds serves as Controller of the Water & Waste strategy. In this role, he leads accounting and financial reporting operations for the Water & Waste funds, including oversight of financial reporting and filings, accounting records, policies, and internal controls. He also provides additional support to the portfolio team, including call and distribution management, investment valuation management, and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Equilibrium, Angelo was a portfolio analyst and accountant for almost five years at United Fund Advisors, a fund manager and financial services company that provides tax-advantaged investment capital and advisory services for community development and renewable energy projects.
Angelo’s experience consists of financial statement preparation for numerous entities, cash management, internal control management, audit and tax preparation, investment risk analysis, investment valuation, financial modeling, and other financial analysis. Angelo also has public accounting experience as an auditor for a local CPA firm serving financial institution clients across the Northwest.
Angelo earned his B.S. in Accounting from Eastern Oregon University, and a M.S. in Financial Analysis from Portland State University. Angelo is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Oregon.
In his free time, Angelo enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, and volunteering in the local church he attends.
