Magi joined Equilibrium as AP/AR Specialist. She is now a member of the Investor Relations Team.
Magi came to Equilibrium with a diverse background. Her professional experience includes research in carbon storage, tribal fisheries and watershed analysis. She has worked the full organic agriculture supply chain from field worker to assistant chef and farmer’s market retail sales to creating a farm food safety plan. She has cultivated her public speaking skills through presenting two leadership workshops on systems innovation at the national Pegasus Systems Thinking in Action Conference. Her most recent accounting experience comes from a global logistics company where she did cash management and general ledger payroll accounting for five business entities in the United States and Canada.
Magi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Geography from Dartmouth College and her Masters of Arts in Organizational Systems Renewal from Seattle University. Her master’s thesis focused on emergent leadership and innovation amongst diverse perspectives. She enjoys camping with her husband and two dogs and cooking with local organic ingredients.
