Tracy Barlow is Equilibrium’s People and Culture Manager.

When Tracy joined Equilibrium, her duties were as the Office Manager and it has now evolved to include human resources and infrastructure administration.

Tracy came to Equilibrium with a diverse industry background in administrative and executive assistance.  She has worked in industries such as manufacturing, finance, sustainable food processing and alternative healthcare.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys playing music, yoga, gardening, cooking, wine tasting, and camping with her dog.
