Jacqueline is the Chief People Officer of Equilibrium, leading the firm’s talent and culture strategy and the People & Culture Team to deliver programs, processes, resources, and support that help build and maintain a work environment & culture at Equilibrium where employees can thrive personally & professionally, do their best work, and grow their careers.

Before joining Equilibrium, Jacqueline held leadership roles in the areas of Talent Management, Career Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Change Management. Her past companies include Iconiq Capital, Charles Schwab, Visa Inc., Allianz, Genentech/Roche, and Intel Corp.

Jacqueline holds a B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.

When Jacqueline isn’t spending time with her family, friends, and her Pekingese fur babies, she enjoys taking ballet & flamenco classes, spending time outdoors, and traveling abroad.
