Jared Sperry is the Principal Head of Portfolio Operations. Jared is charged with overseeing execution of projects and leads all matters related to project delivery and asset operations. 

Jared brings over a decade of experience in construction project management in water, wastewater, and environmental construction. He joined Equilibrium in 2019 from Crowder Construction, where he played a lead role delivering over $100 million of water and wastewater projects for the City of Durham. His prior experience also includes various roles with Slayden Construction, a leading water and wastewater contractor in the Pacific Northwest. 

Jared is a graduate of Oregon State University where he earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management. 

Jared enjoys his time at home with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, Duke.
