Jared Sperry is a Vice President on the Carbon Transition Infrastructure strategy. Jared is charged with overseeing execution of projects and leads all matters related to project delivery and asset operations. 

Jared brings over a decade of experience in construction project management in water, wastewater, and environmental construction. He joined Equilibrium in 2019 from Crowder Construction, where he played a lead role delivering over $100 million of water and wastewater projects for the City of Durham. His prior experience also includes various roles with Slayden Construction, a leading water and wastewater contractor in the Pacific Northwest. 

Jared is a graduate of Oregon State University where he earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management. 

Jared enjoys his time at home with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, Duke.
