Sarah Coggins is a Principal of Equilibrium’s Sustainable Infrastructure Investments team and is responsible for business development and pipeline origination, as well as underwriting, structuring and deal execution.

Prior to joining Equilibrium, Sarah worked in business development and capital markets for renewable energy developers and independent power producers including Clearway Energy Group, Terraform Power and SunEdison. Sarah has a diverse background in the renewable energy sector focused on deal origination, structuring and financing for both utility and distributed wind and solar generation. She also brings experience in asset restructuring, capital raising and IPO processes from her prior roles.  She started her career in energy and natural resources banking.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia.

Sarah enjoys exploring international design and artisan goods, and spending time cooking and outdoors with her family.
