Jared is a member of the Equilibrium’s Water, Waste, & Energy team focused on design, construction, and project execution for Equilibrium’s water, waste, and energy Funds. Jared’s primary focus is ensuring our projects are engineered, procured, and constructed in the most efficient and economical way possible with an emphasis on long term resiliency and operation.
Jared has over 10 years of construction project management experience in the water and wastewater, and environmental construction markets. Jared spent the first five years of his career working for Slayden Construction, a preferred water and wastewater contractor in the Pacific Northwest. He spent the next half of his career in North Carolina working for Crowder Construction where he played a lead role in delivering over $100 mm of water and wastewater projects for the City of Durham. During Jared’s time at Equilibrium his experience has grown to include alternative delivery and fast track engineering / construction of biogas, water-reuse, anaerobic digestion, and advanced composting facilities. Other experience includes construction for solar, wind turbines, and cogeneration facilities.
Jared is a graduate of Oregon State University where he earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management. Jared enjoys his time at home with his wife and two daughters in North Carolina.
