Kyle is a Portfolio Management Associate on Equilibrium’s Sustainable Infrastructure Investments team. He supports investor reporting, fund operations, and provides oversight of existing portfolio investments for the Controlled Environment Foods Funds I & II.

Before joining Equilibrium, Kyle was an Analyst at Farmland LP, where he built financial models to support long-term strategic planning across three farmland investment funds. He played a key role in standardizing the underwriting process and contributed to a variety of farmland acquisitions. Kyle also partnered closely with the farm operations team to enhance overall fund performance.

Previously, he underwrote permanent crop acquisitions at Nuveen Natural Capital and began his career as an auditor in KPMG’s Asset Management group.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Sonoma State University, where he was an active member of the Accounting Club.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys running, hiking, and staying active in the outdoors.
