Michaele is Equilibrium’s Chief Financial Officer. Her primary role is to manage the Financial Operations group, support Equilibrium’s strategic initiatives, and support Equilibrium’s fund portfolio teams. She is also Equilibrium’s officer and staff participant in Equilibrium Fund’s Management and Investment committees.

Michaele joined Equilibrium in 2015 to oversee the financial and accounting operations of the Wastewater Opportunity Fund and now oversees all accounting and finance activities of Equilibrium’s strategies and is supported by the accounting team.

Michaele has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience and brings expertise from a variety of sectors, including but not limited to, financial services, government (including audits over grant funding and related compliance), construction, manufacturing, and distribution.

Michaele holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Accounting and Information Systems from Portland State University. She previously held a Certified Public Accountant license and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Oregon Society of CPAs.
