Tracy Barlow is the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Equilibrium.

Since joining the firm, Tracy has played a pivotal role in shaping and evolving Equilibrium’s workplace culture. What began as a role rooted in office management quickly grew to encompass the company’s human resources function. Today, she oversees the full spectrum of People & Culture—including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, benefits, and internal communications. Her role also extends into infrastructure and administration, helping ensure Equilibrium runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Tracy brings a people-first approach to her work, blending empathy, strong intuition, and a focus on building systems that are both human-centered and operationally sound. She’s passionate about creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and set up to thrive—all while keeping organizational goals in focus.

Before joining Equilibrium, Tracy built a career in executive and administrative support across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, finance, sustainable food production, and alternative healthcare. This diverse background informs her holistic and adaptable approach to HR leadership.

Outside of work, you can find Tracy gardening, cooking up something delicious, relaxing by the ocean, wine tasting, and hanging out with her dog.
